Part of healthy eating is being prepared, and yes, I will admit, even as a nutritionist and a food blogger I'm not always the most prepared person! I've been trying to get better and always have the essentials in my pantry. Since I cook almost every single one of my meals from scratch it's important to have the basics ready to cook with. I was always running out to the grocery store to grab that one ingredient missing for my recipe, so I've tried to get a little more organized.
